Plumbing Leaks in Kitchen Drain pipes?
When I fill either bowl of the traditional stainless steel kitchen sink, as it drains, water leaks from the pipes. Bevels are installed and all connections are hand tightened as shown in You Tube Videos.
Do I need to use some type of glue, sealer or something else to stop those leaks? Or does this problem mean the bevals are defective? Please help. I need to take a bike ride to the hardware store, and I’m not sure what I should buy to fix this problem. I use an alumimum turkey cooking
pan to catch that water then redump it in the sink. It is not a big leak, all leaks are at joints
Teflon tape is what you most likely need on the treads.About a buck a roll.Take a rag, dry off the treads add the tape to the treads.
