Speed Dry

Are these worth £9.99p or are they just another load of balls?
JML have brought out two spiky type of plastic balls , one pink, one blue, to put in the tumble dryer to help speed drying time, and to disguard the use of conditioners, all of course benefit of the environment.
While I am very into environmentally friendly steps to take in housekeeping, ARE THEY ANY GOOD???
Is there anyone out there that has actually used them and found that they actually work???
Needless to say, I really consider £9.99 for two bits of plastic VERY expensive. !
YES I have these, I bought them on impulse thinking that if they actually do what they say they should, then they would be worth having………Guess what they don’t, I have noticed no changes to my drying time or softness of clothes. So now I feel like a complete idiot for spending a tenner on 2 plastic balls and am actually very angry and disappointed that the company JML can get away with charging so much for so little.
